Lem Turner - Lead Pastor
Christopher Lem Turner was born in Zimbabwe Africa and graduated from Union University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Christian Ministry and Business Management. He was ordained in 2009 with the International Pentecostal Holiness Church. Lem has been married to his wonderful wife Tobey for 12 years and they have 4 kids. Lem absolutely loves seeing those who don’t know Jesus as their Lord and saviour get to know Him for the first time. He has a heart to speak up for those that cannot speak for themselves and to see more people come to a loving, life giving relationship with the Lord. He also loves playing and watching rugby, football and world missions.

Tobey Turner - Lead Pastor
Tobey Turner has been married to her high school sweetheart, Lem, for 12 years. They have 4 kids, Malachi, Noah, Owen and Parker Grace. She has a huge heart for kids and loves to see them learning, worshiping and finding out who they are in God! Tobey loves the beach, warm weather, Chic-fil-a sauce, peanut butter m&ms and encouraging those around her. She is so thankful God called her and her family to serve in Wales!
Lisa Hampton - Executive Assistant
Lisa Hampton has been married to Scott for 18 years and has two daughters, Lauren and Kaci. She found Christ 4 years ago and has been attending Compassion Church for a year. Lisa regularly travels up and down the country as an Account Director for a National property and people security company. She answered God’s call to put her extensive organisational and administrative experience to use as the glue that holds all the administrative processes together at Compassion Bridgend. To relax, Lisa loves nothing more than spending quality time with the family and travelling to warmer climates.
