Frank Worthington - Lead Pastor
Frank Worthington and his wife, Alisa, have been married 36 years. They have 2 daughters, Jennifer and Jordan, 4 grandchildren, Jeremiah, Mason, Caroline and Liam. Called into ministry at age 14, God led him to the Compassion Network in 2016 and Compassion Sikeston launched in October, 2017. His greatest passion is seeing lives changed! He has a heart for hurting people and loves his Compassion family! He enjoys golf, movie time with Alisa and watching the grandkids sporting activities in his spare time.

Matt Sautter - Worship Director
Matt Sautter has been married to his wife, Jennifer, for 11 years. They have 2 children, Caroline & Liam. He has been involved in Worship for most of his life. His passion is seeing others enter into a worship experience and grow in their relationship with Jesus. He enjoys “jamming” with the band, hanging with his family and DIY projects around the home.
Alisa Worthington - Kids Director
Alisa Worthington has always loved Kids. She has a big heart for little people and wants to help develop others as we build our teams for our little people. She has been involved in leading Students and Worship since a teenager. Alisa is passionate about creating an environment that allows kids, parents, and families to find Jesus right where they are. Alisa has been married to Frank for 36 years, they have two daughters, Jennifer, Jordan, and 4 of the greatest grands, Jeremiah, Mason, Caroline and Liam. Alisa's hobbies are hanging out with Frank and her family. But most important is being a Grandkids and Soccer MIMI!!
Bri Lacy - Student Director
Bri Lacy is a 5th grade teacher at a local public school. She loves being creative in the classroom! She is passionate about building Compassion Students up and letting them know they are not alone! Being a student can be hard, but she loves seeing how God can bring such a wonderful group together to share in His word! She loves seeing their lives changed through worship. In her spare time, she enjoys CrossFit, hand lettering, and taking pictures! She played soccer in college and loves feeling like part of a team! One of her favorite past times is visiting family and watching younger siblings in all their extra-curricular activities.
Lori Copeland - Connections Director
Lori Copeland has been married to her husband, Bruce, for 16 years. They have two amazing kids, Camden and Leighton. She was a 2nd grade teacher in the public school system for 11 years. She is a Family Resource & Autism Specialist for the Dept. of Mental Health where she continues to teach individuals with developmental disabilities and their families along with service providers and other professionals. Her greatest passion is seeing lives touched, changed, and transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit. There is nothing too big for our God! In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.
GR Pinkard - Technical Director
GR Pinkard has been married to his wife, Kim, for 19 years. They have 2 sons, Joey and Jordan. He has been playing drums since an early age and served as Worship & Student Director. He has always loved the technical element of the worship experience. He enjoys being a part of seeing transformed lives and helping others to find their way as they walk out their relationship with Jesus. He enjoys hunting with his sons, camping, working out, music and media.
